Jobs for instrumentation engineers are very vibrant. But put simply and as per my experience I divided it into three parts/sectors.

And if you are starting a career in the instrumentation field you should definitely have to get into these companies if you want to work in a core instrumentation job.
Personally, I worked in a mid-level EPC company and currently, I am working on the OEM side but I wish that I want to work in the above-listed companies.
